Being a manager/leader through change can be a challenge. It challenges your thinking, your relationships and how you manage the performance of your team. Being able to balance the needs of the team with what you want to achieve with the day job can a challenge. Influencing is a skill. It requires conversations where you are able to present your ideas/arguments in in an authentic way that can benefit the other person. Sometimes, even getting to that point is difficult.
This half day workshop looks at how you can gain a deeper insight into the perceptions of other, be clear about what boundaries you need to put in place and how, and have conversations that serve all parties.
