Resilience is one of the key qualities to successfully navigate the current workplace. Personal resilience refers to the ability of an individual to sustain high performance and positive wellbeing in the face of adversity, and to recover from misfortune or adapt to circumstances. Developing resilience enables individuals to maintain their commitment and performance in changing or challenging environments.
This is a practical and engaging one day workshop which aims to help participants to develop skills for managing challenges in a way that strengthens and empowers them to find constructive ways of dealing with difficulties and managing change.
