Healthy relationships at work are built on a platform of trust. In these days of ever increasing financial pressures, expanding workloads and soaring expectations, the ability to express conflicting views and opinions, to air difficult feelings, or to express overwhelm, is often difficult for a variety of reasons.
This one day workshop is designed to give participants confidence, through practice, in having conversations that may be difficult. Using these tools, the conversation holder will be able to build trust and rapport, even when disagreeing, and to have a conversation based on honesty, benevolence and courage.
