In response to the current crisis that many organisations face as a result of political, legal, technological and social challenges, employees are being expected to deal with a huge amount of change and uncertainty. Peoples’ natural inclination is to resist change as they are threatened by what it may mean. If organisations are to adapt quickly and effectively to external pressures, managers and staff need to learn how to respond in a way that both serves the organisation, but enables them adapt, develop optimism and seek out the opportunities.
The aim of this half day workshop is to give employees an insight into our natural responses to change and to develop personal coping strategies that can help them build resilience, and embrace the change that they are facing in order to make the most of it.
