Jackie has a deep and genuine concern for the wellbeing of others and is passionate about using learning and development to help them to fulfil their potential and achieve the organisation’s goals. She’s also a laughter facilitator and runs laughter workshops which not only improve wellbeing, but also increases performance in an organisation! Jackie is also an expert in how to have courageous conversations and trains people at all levels in how to deal with the day to day challenges of relationships at work.
Jackie’s experience is drawn primarily from working in large corporations and she has also worked with smaller private and third sector businesses.
Jackie has a background in learning and development, recruitment and employment. As well as being a highly experienced and qualified trainer, Jackie is an NLP trained coach, a peer coach supervisor and skilled in a wide range of psychometrics. Jackie is also trained in mediation skills.
