So Who Am I Now? – Women’s Retreat
2nd June 2017 @ 3:00 pm - 4th June 2017 @ 3:30 pm - £395.00
You are invited to join with a group of women to discover who you are now through a series of workshop exercises, reflection, and yoga, in the presence and wisdom of other women.
‘My intention is to create a space in beautiful surroundings, where you can relax and connect to yourself and other women. Somewhere that will enable you to rediscover who you are physically and intuitively and to hear the whispers of your soul. It is my firm belief that we are all brilliant in many ways, and I am delighted to be joining you on this venture.’
Who is the retreat for?
‘So Who Am I Now?’ is aimed at women who have been pursuing career/family/both for decades and are beginning to question, where next, but also who they are now. They are at a point of transition but don’t know where to transition to.
I hear many women, including myself, say that they have put themselves on hold in order to get to a point in their career, or to successfully bring up a family/been caring for elderly parents, or both. They’ve been on a treadmill for years and have disconnected from who they really are. Their bodies are changing, they sense that there must be more to life, but that no one seems to be talking about it. What lies ahead doesn’t always look very attractive, but what’s the alternative?
The ‘So Who Am I Now?’ retreat has been designed to support you to reconnect to yourself, to find your inner beauty, to access your inner wisdom and get a clearer idea about who you are now.
It is aimed at any woman who feel this disconnect and who are at a point of questioning and transition.
Your retreat experience includes:
- Two nights singe room accommodation at the beautiful retreat venue Holland House in the Worcestershire countryside.
- All meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner (healthy, fresh, delicious meals).
- All retreat activities including:
- Facilitated workshops and opportunities to work 1:1 with retreat participants
- Sharing circles
- Daily practice: Yoga and body movement – connect to your inner beauty.

Your women’s retreat experience will be led by Sara Rawstron. To guide you through your daily yoga experience yoga teacher Fiona Whitehead from Duke Yoga has been invited to share her gifts with you.
